Yes. We can collect agreed items from private sellers, including online purchases. Confirm payment, availability and collection permission with the seller, then send us the item and access details.
Yes, subject to the collection arrangements. Send the order reference, opening hours and any authorisation required. The goods must be released and ready for collection at the agreed time.
We agree the crew beforehand. If you need a service where you won’t assist with lifting, tell us when requesting your quote so we can arrange suitable handling.
We can assess freestanding appliances for transport. They must be emptied, drained where applicable and safely disconnected before collection. Plumbing, electrical and gas connections are not included unless specifically agreed with a suitably qualified provider.
We assess access using the information supplied, so accurate measurements matter. If access prevents delivery, we’ll discuss the available options. Further handling, return transport or another delivery attempt may involve additional charges.
