Have your belongings ready for the service you have booked. If you are packing yourself, use suitable boxes, seal them securely and label them by destination room. Keep heavy contents, such as books, in smaller boxes that can be handled safely.

Before the crew arrives:

• Clear hallways, stairs and access routes.
• Separate belongings that are staying behind.
• Empty furniture that needs dismantling.
• Arrange safe appliance disconnection and preparation.
• Keep keys, medication, documents and valuables with you.
• Confirm parking, permits and any booked lift times.
• Keep children and pets safely away from loading areas.

If MNM Removals is providing packing, agree what you need to prepare beforehand. Show the crew any fragile pieces, existing damage or items requiring particular attention.
